Next, you provide us with the necessary files for the prototype. We create and deliver it to you at no cost. Rest assured, if you encounter any technical issues with the files, our team is here to assist you promptly.
3. Efficient ordering
Once the prototype is approved, we create a master file for pricing. This file simplifies subsequent orders—simply input the quantities for specific designs you wish to print, and the prices will be automatically calculated.
4. Business development support
When your company introduces a new pattern, inform us via email about the instruction pages or total pattern length. We’ll update our master file accordingly. This proactive approach ensures that when you’re ready to place an order, you have the pricing tool ready and accurate for all new models.

We offer two main options for paper thickness:
- 70 gsm: This is our standard and most economical paper option, suitable for the majority of projects.
- 60 gsm: A higher quality option available for special needs, though it comes at a higher cost.
Our standard sheet widths are 841 mm or 914 mm for automatic production. We can print and fold patterns automatically up to 2.5 meters in length, and semi-automatically from 2.5 to 5 meters. For custom dimensions or specific requirements, please contact us directly.
Yes, we offer a variety of envelope designs for our customers, and our collection continues to expand.
We can accommodate any custom order, including specific paper types and finishes. Our standard format is a saddle-stitched booklet in A5 size, printed on 90 gsm offset paper.
All our pattern printing papers are FSC certified, and the majority of materials used for other components also carry this certification. While these materials typically incur higher costs, they are our standard offering, ensuring you don’t pay extra for sustainability.
