Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), published in the Official Journal of the European Union L 119 of 04.05.2016 (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”), we hereby inform you that:
1) The controller of your personal data is AXLO limited liability company (AXLO Sp. z o.o.), with its registered office in Poznań (60-650), ul. Obornicka 225, unit A, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court Poznań – Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number: 0000466811, NIP: 9721243737, REGON: 302406754, share capital: PLN 25,000.00, hereinafter referred to as the “Company” or the “Controller”.
2) We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO).
3) Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
a) performance of a contract to which you are a party or taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation);
b) compliance with legal obligations incumbent on the Controller, in particular those arising from tax law and social security regulations (Article 6(1)(c) of the Regulation);
c) purposes resulting from the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by your interests or fundamental rights and freedoms, in particular the establishment, assertion, or defence of claims (Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation).
4) Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the contract and, after its termination, for the period required by applicable laws.
5) Your personal data may be disclosed to public authorities to the extent required by law (e.g. Social Insurance Institution, Tax Office, National Revenue Administration), persons cooperating with us on the basis of an employment contract or other legal relationship, in particular civil law contracts, as well as entities entrusted by us with the performance of activities related to the contract, and entities providing IT, accounting, advisory, legal, postal, or courier services. In each case, we ensure that such entities comply with applicable standards for the security of personal data processing.
5a) The Controller informs that, in the course of carrying out business processes, it may use tools based on artificial intelligence (AI) as well as cloud computing data processing solutions, in particular for customer service, data analysis, process automation, and service delivery. Personal data processed using such tools is handled solely in accordance with applicable laws, including the Regulation, and on the basis of data processing agreements or other GDPR-compliant legal mechanisms.
6) The data provided by you will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, as referred to in Article 22(1) and (4) of the Regulation.
7) You have the right to access your personal data, the right to rectification, data portability, restriction of processing or erasure, the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal, as well as the right to object where your data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interests.
8) You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates applicable laws.
9) Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country or an international organization, except where such transfer occurs in connection with the use of cloud service providers or IT tools, provided that appropriate safeguards required under the Regulation are ensured.
10) Providing your personal data is voluntary; however, it is necessary in order for us to provide services to you.
