Quality Management System Policy, January 3, 2024
The purpose of this Policy is to ensure that the top priority for AXLO Sp. z o.o. in its operations is:
- Meeting current and future customer requirements.
The President recognizes the implemented Quality Management System (QMS), compliant with the PN-EN ISO 9001:2015 standard, as a key element of AXLO Sp. z o.o.’s operations and ensures:
- Adherence to the documented QMS and continuous improvement of quality standards in line with PN-EN ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
- Compliance with applicable legal regulations and other commitments undertaken by the Company.
- Promotion of this Policy among subcontractors and clients of AXLO Sp. z o.o.
- Full commitment of the President of the Management Board and all personnel at every level to achieving established quality objectives.
- Effective process management to minimize negative impacts on people and the environment while enhancing the Company’s efficiency and effectiveness in meeting objectives.
- Employment of qualified staff who systematically improve their skills, including in Quality Management System practices.
- Implementation of new technologies and enhancement of service quality to meet growing customer expectations.
- Provision of resources and means to implement this QMS Policy.
- Commitment to employee consultation and participation.
- Sourcing only from verified suppliers.
